Can I do my own advertising?
Yes you can. RAMS provides a range of marketing
tools and templates to help you build successful local marketing campaigns. The
purpose of local area marketing is to build a local presence and local leads within your local community. You must meet a set minimum
marketing spend each year and all marketing material is required to be approved
by the RAMS marketing team.
Can I open a RAMS-branded shop?
Yes you can. In fact RAMS requires you to open your
RAMS Home Loans Centre within 12 months of becoming a franchisee.
Do I need to have a home loans background?
Not necessarily, however a background in lending,
finance or small business ownership with a strong track record of sales and
people management is preferred.
How long does it take from application till I can start to write home
loans?
The end-to-end recruitment process can take
anywhere from three to five months.
Is it worth enquiring if you don’t have a franchise available in my
area?
Absolutely. You can register your interest with us
and we will contact you as soon as an opportunity becomes available in your
area.
What is the cost to purchase a franchise?
The initial franchise license fee is $35,000(+GST),
which is fully refundable if your application does not proceed through to a
Franchise Agreement. Our franchisees will also require a sufficient level of
capital to cover other setup and ongoing costs.
