RAMS Murwillumbah Disaster Relief
Information for Customers

As a result of the floods in the Murwillumbah region RAMS has offered a special Disaster Relief Package to affected customers.
RAMS understand how situations like this can affect customers’ financial circumstances and at this time they do not need the additional burden of worries over their financial commitments.
RAMS special disaster relief package is to provide some immediate financial relief to customers seriously affected by these disasters.
Affected RAMS customers can immediately apply for the following:
- Defer repayments for up to three months
- The term of the loan may be increased or repayments re-calculated over the existing remaining term
Who is Eligible for Disaster relief benefits?
Disaster relief benefits are available to customers in the following areas:
- Murwillumbah 2484
- Murwillumbah South 2484
Customers who may be directly impacted as a result of the floods but who do not reside in the above postcodes can apply also for financial relief on a case by case basis.
Loans that are already in arrears or subject to collection are subject to further considerations.
