      2. Manage your day to day transactions online via myRAMS where you can:

      • Arrange for your salary to be credited to your RAMS Action account
      • Access available funds via ATMs, EFTPOS, Direct Debits and Online
      • Pay your bills using BPAY®
      • transfer funds between RAMS accounts
      • transfer funds externally within Australia using Pay Anyone
      • obtain details of your transactions, balances and interest earned

    • Who can apply?

      You can apply for RAMS Action if you:

      • are an individual
      • are a current RAMS Home Loan borrower
      • are an Australian resident for taxation purposes with an Australian residential address
      • are 18 years of age or over, and
      • hold a valid email address and Australian mobile phone number

      What information do I need when I apply?

      • An Australian residential address and an Australian mobile number
      • Your Tax File Number or exemption code (this is optional but if you choose not to provide it, we are required to deduct withholding tax at the highest marginal tax rate plus the Medicare Levy)

      If you are a non-RAMS customer, you can register your interest in our new accounts and we can send you an email to let you know when they are available to everyone.
