• Change My Password

    To keep your information secure, we recommend that you update your password regularly so that it makes life difficult for would-be attackers or fraudsters.

    Change your password by selecting from the left hand navigation, 'Change My Password'. Here you'll be asked to enter your existing password (Figure 1), a new password and a confirmation of your new password. Use the on-screen virtual keypad to enter this information.

    The process listed below is exactly the same if you need to change your password for 'Login Password' and 'Pay Anyone Password'.

    Steps you need to take:

    Step 1. Enter your current/existing password

    Step 2. Enter your new password

    Step 3. Enter you new password again to confirm this is correct

    Step 4. Click on the 'Submit' button to change your password

    Step 5. On completion you'll be automatically directed to a new screen (Figure 2) that will let you know that you've completed the change of password correctly.
