    'My Online History' will show you when you've accessed myRAMS Internet (Figure1).

    If you're worried about your security, it's good practice to take a look at this section when you log into myRAMS to make sure that the entries listed correlate with the times you've accessed myRAMS Internet.

    In myRAMS Internet you can also check whether your BPAY® payments have been paid.

    Do a search by entering in a date range or selecting dates by using the calendar (click on the calendar icon to access). Then click on the 'View' button.

    On this page, you'll see:

    • Search function (date range)
    • Date
    • Activity Group
    • Activity Type
    • Activity Description and
    • User.

    If the times or actions don't match call RAMS immediately on 13 7267.

    RAMS can be contacted between 8.30am and 8.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. If you're calling from outside of Australia, please call us on +612 9647 6967.

    RAMS can also be contacted between 9am to 5.30pm (AEST) on Saturday and Sunday to report instances of fraud or suspected fraud. A voicemail service will be available on Australian public holidays.
