SMS Security 

With myRAMS SMS Security (Figure 1) you can use temporary (one-time) passwords to:

• Change Personal Details
• Change Personal Settings
• Deregister from SMS Security
• Make BPAY® payments
• Make transfers (except to own accounts); and
• Pay anyone including new billers and payees.

If you've already registered for SMS security, your mobile number should appear on the SMS Security page (Figure 1).

To register for SMS Security, please call us on 13 RAMS that's 13 7267 between 8.30am and 8.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. If you're calling from outside of Australia, please call us on +612 9647 6967. 

RAMS can also be contacted between 9am to 5.30pm (AEST) on Saturday and Sunday to report instances of fraud or suspected fraud. A voicemail service will be available on Australian public holidays.
