• RAMS customers who are facing hardship as a result of the QLD and NSW bushfires can access a special Disaster Relief Package, including: 

    • Impacted RAMS Home Loan customers may apply to defer repayments for up to three months;
    • Impacted customers with RAMS Home and Contents insurance may be eligible to receive assistance under the terms of their insurance policies for emergency accommodation. 

    The Disaster Relief Package is available for customers to access within three months.

    Our affected customers can contact RAMS to apply for financial relief on 1800 143 075 (Select 0). For RAMS Home & Content Insurance claims, call us on 1300 652 334, 24/7.
