    1The First Time Buyer $2,000 rebate offer is available for new home loan applications. The offer is current as at 1 September 2019 and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. A First Time Buyer is an applicant purchasing their first property. Refinances of existing home loans are not eligible for the rebate offer. Where there are joint applicants, only one applicant needs to be a First Time Buyer. Not available to company and trust borrowers. The offer is limited to one rebate per eligible home loan application. Split loans are counted as one settled home loan regardless of the number of splits. The rebate will be automatically deposited into the RAMS home loan account within 60 days after settlement. If the RAMS home loan has a fixed interest rate, the rebate will count towards the prepayment threshold. The rebate offer can be used in conjunction with the promotional discounted rates on the Low Rate Home Loan, but is not available in conjunction with any other special offers, or further discounts on the Low Rate Home Loan.
