  • COVID-19 assistance

    RAMS has introduced a support package to help customers affected by the COVID-19 situation.   This package includes: 

    • Repayment relief for home loan customers*.   Please complete and submit this form if you would like to apply for payment flexibility to assist in handling this uncertainty. The repayment relief allows for a three months deferral of home loan mortgage repayments, with an extension for a further three months available after review.
    • Reduced fixed home loan rates - A 2.29% p.a. fixed rate home loan for one, two and three years for owner occupied customers, selecting principal and interest repayments, effective Friday 27 March, for new and existing variable customers who wish to fix.   Please Call 13 RAMS, that's 137267.

     *Deferred interest will be capitalised and any deferred principal repayments will need to be paid off during the remainder of your loan term. This means your loan repayments will be higher after the 3 month deferral period.
