  • What are e-Statements and how do I receive them?

    e-Statements are electronic statements that are available to view online via myRAMS. They replace paper statements that would otherwise be mailed to you.

    If you are registered to receive e-Statements, we will advise you via email when your e-Statement is available to view online at myRAMS.com.au. 

    From there, you can view at least the last 2 years of home loans statements and 7 years of deposits statements. You can also print and save the statement, which looks the same as a standard paper statement.

    How do I switch to e-Statements?

    For home loans customers:

    1. Login to myRAMS
    2. Go to “Statements” in “Statement Options”
    3. Select “Online”  

    For joint home loans customers, all account holders must have already registered for myRAMS and have provided RAMS with an email address to enable you to switch to e-Statements. 

    Deposits customers – will automatically receive e-Statements (providing the account was opened after 12 May 2012).  For deposits accounts opened prior to 12 May 2012 you can choose to switch to e-Statements by following the steps outlined above for home loan customers.

    If I switch to e-Statements, will I still receive paper statements?

    If you switch to receive e-Statements, paper statements will not be sent to any account holder.

    If I have e-Statements, can I switch back to paper statements?

    Yes you can, by ringing your RAMS Customer Service Team on 13 RAMS, that’s 13 7267.
