What our Franchisees typically look for in a RAMS Home Loan Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting the home loan needs of our customers, while providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Generating new business opportunities and developing referral relationships
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Skills and Experience

  • The ability to create referral sources and generate new business
  • Experience within the banking/financial services sector
  • A proven track record in residential mortgage lending
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed or working towards completion)

As a RAMS Home Loan Manager you can also expect to work closely with a regionally-based Franchise Field Manager, and you will be able to tap into a range of experts in our head office team, including marketing, product, credit and training.
