    RAMS provides disaster relief package for customers impacted by bushfires in South Australia

    RAMS today announced a relief package to assist customers who are suffering hardship as a result of the bushfires in South Australia.

    RAMS Disaster Relief Package offers immediate financial help to customers affected by the bushfires.

    “Our thoughts are with those who have been affected by the recent bushfires in South Australia,” said RAMS Chief Executive Officer, Martine Jager. 

    “At RAMS, we understand how difficult these situations can be for people. By offering support to our customers, we hope to help alleviate any concern they have with their financial commitments, so that they can concentrate on more important issues at hand.”

    The Disaster Relief Package offers affected customers with existing RAMS home loans the following:

    • Affected customers can apply to defer repayments on their loans for up to three months.
    • Affected customers can request to restructure their loans without incurring the usual associated fees.
