New Purchase Rebate
2The New Purchase Buyer $2,000 Rebate offer is available for new home loan applications with a minimum loan size of $250k, received between 1 February 2021 and 30 April 2021 and settled by 30 June 2021. Offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time. A New Purchase Buyer is an applicant purchasing a property with an owner occupier or investment, principal & interest home loan (including construction loans). The offer is limited to one rebate per eligible home loan application. Split loans are counted as one settled home loan regardless of the number of splits. This offer is not available for refinances of existing home loans or in conjunction with the $4,000 Refinance Rebate offer. Excludes Owner Occupier, Interest Only home loans (except construction loans). Excludes Line of Credit Loans. Not eligible for applications received outside of the campaign period. Offer not available for non-resident borrowers. Not available to company and trust borrowers. The rebate will be automatically deposited into the RAMS home loan account within 60 days after settlement. If the RAMS home loan has a fixed interest rate, the rebate will count towards the prepayment threshold.
