    3.59% p.a.2 (3.65% p.a. comparison rate3) for Owner Occupiers Principal and Interest on a Low Rate Home Loan. 

    Apply for a new Low Rate Home Loan, with a minimum loan size of $150k, between 1 September 2019 and 31 December 2019 and settle by 29 February 2020, and depending on your loan purpose and repayment type at the time of application, we’ll apply the relevant discounted rate to your loan for the life of the loan. The offer excludes construction loans and refinances of existing home loans to RAMS.
