How do I get the $1,000 rebate?

Choose an eligible RAMS home loan

Offer is available on all RAMS home loans set up with principal & interest repayments, including construction loans (excludes Line of Credit).

Choose a loan of $250k or more

Whether you’re an owner occupier or an investor, if your loan is for $250k or more, you’re sorted.

Get in before the offer ends

Effective 1 September 2023. Apply by 30 June 2024, settle by 31 October 2024. We’ll deposit the rebate into your loan account within 60 days of settlement.

Apply by 30 June 2024, settle by 31 October 2024. Offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time. A New Purchase Buyer is an applicant purchasing a property with an owner occupier or investment, principal & interest home loan (including construction loans). The offer is limited to one rebate per eligible home loan application. Split loans are counted as one settled home loan regardless of the number of splits. This offer is not available for refinances of existing home loans or in conjunction with the $3,000 Refinance Rebate offer.
