Support for customers with existing RAMS products

The sale of the RAMS branded mortgage portfolio to a group of investment partners, including Pepper Money Limited, was announced on 1st November last   
year.  

As part of this change, RAMS was closed to new home loan applications in August 2024 and closed to new deposit accounts from January 2026.
